Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.
The driver license must be written in Roman alphabet.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license. A local renter is defined as a renter who is a resident of Denmark. Local renters must pass a Rental risk check to pick up the car. A credit check is mandatory for local customers at the time of pick up.
Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions). In order to pick up the car, domestic renters must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill).

Deposit and deductible policy
If the customer takes the following extra equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Additional Driver, Mandatory surcharges, then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card.
In the event of damages to the car, without providing a police report, CDW and any other additional protection become voided.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Electric vehicles must be returned with the same battery charge they had when picked up to avoid additional charges (on a per kWh basis). An additional admin fee will be charged if a vehicle is returned with less than 70 % battery charge remaining.
