Pros: 1. The first car developed engine problem and delayed our travel plans. 2. Car is advertised as newish, which is not the case. 3. Replacement car had just been bought from auction and was in a very poor condition and smelled terrible.
Cons: Vehicles condition was poor. Air filter and cabin filter were clogged with dust, we had to change them in Malindi.

Pros: Autounion is my go to car rental company since 2023. They work with your schedule and care about their customers.

Cons: The only challenges were that Nairobi traffic made dropping the car off more challenging since Bonface was stuck in traffic and we could not meet in person to return the vehicle, but he was very helpful even through that challenge.

For rentals more than 7 days mileage is unlimited.

A Young driver fee is not applied.
Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 3 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.

There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
The first additional driver is allowed free of charge.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.

The supplier will hold the vehicle for 2 hours after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
