Pros: The information to cross the border in oman and take the insurance was very clear.
Cons: I regret that the car did not have satellite gps. We had to use the internet wifi or 4G and unfortunately we did not have internet on the phone on arrival in Oman which caused a lot of inconvenience

Pros: Clean and effective car.
Cons: I requested the permission to cross the border and even if I booked the car at 9 AM the permission was available at 2 PM. No sense. So with it was necessary spend 1 hour in Abu Dhabi traffic to reach the other office and retire the permit.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 635.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Road tax, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Rate excludes
An E-toll charge will apply; personal consumption will be charged separately at the end of the rental period. An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.
Mileage policy
For rentals of 28 days or more, mileage is limited to 4000 km per rental. The cost for additional mileage (mileage extension) depends on the vehicle type.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 29 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.

Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 240 minutes.
