All rental vehicles are equipped with a transponder that can be used for paying for all toll roads.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country. Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
Renters from the following country(ies): United Arab Emirates must provide the following documents: local driver's license in order to collect the car.

If your cross-border destination is Oman, you will need to apply for the following: No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the rental desk. It is valid for maximum of 7 day and cost 577.50 AED. If your stay is longer, you will need to apply for a new No Objection Certificate (NOC).

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 29 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
