Pros: The few people that we did go with what professional, well informed, Considerate and easy to deal with, including all the paperwork.
Cons: There are No Negatives. Our entire experience in dealing with Arnold Arnold was Positive. Although the price was a little more than some of the other companies such as Green motion, and Italia? We were pleased to have spent a little more and received the service that we did. If the price for a tad better, it would only add to the overall positive experience.

Pros: It went smoothly and the reps were friendly.
Cons: The rental garage was far from the city centre of Glasgow. The car had a stone chip and some body damages that the rep wrote down in her report in Glasgow but when we returned the car in Edinburgh, the car rep had no information about it.

Additional information
Please note that the rental company will check for any endorsements or penalties (traffic offenses or penalty points) on renter's driver license and that renter may be refused the car if there have been any in the last 5 years.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 28 days. If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 30 minutes.
