Pros: Friendly guys

Cons: Deposit took a while to get back, we had to contact the rental before they canceled, also no one was there when we returned the car, so that was a but wired.

Cons: We were 3 women travelling…There was a big queue to pick up cars and despite being in this queue, we were overlooked so that men could be served before us. It may be the done thing in Jordan but I am not used to this discrimination. Mohammed was very busy with sorting cars but was polite when he got round to serving us. On drop off we waited 50 mins for a representative from Arena to turn up so that we could return the car. He was brusque with no apology for keeping us waiting.

Pros: They were kind enough to upgrade the car. The agent we received the car from was very friendly and helpful. He also made sure the deposit was released the day after drop off.

Cons: They were inflexible with the time returning the car. Even though I only picked up the car at 7pm, they still wanted payment when I requested 1 hour later drop off at 5pm. The returning agent was not very friendly over whatsapp and also very slow in response.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 640.00 - € 1370.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.

Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 76.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Wi-Fi.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request. Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period is without limitations.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
