Pros: At least the car didnt break down.
Cons: See above. Moreover you force your customers to sigo a blank check for an unspecified amount, "just in case". And still more, we couldnt find the return destination because It says it's on the airport, which It is NOT. We call the provided customer service number and, tada, surprise, there's no one there. Very poor altogether.

A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
The driver license must be written in Latin, English alphabet.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, flight information.
Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).
Renters from the following country(ies): Mexico must provide the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, ID with photo in order to collect the car.
