Pros: Was met outside customs at the airport, it was very quick and easy

Cons: I wasn’t given an extensive tour of the car. Had to Google where the usb hub and hand brake (it was a foot pedal), were. I didn’t mind, but the car had to be returned to a mall in the city and I was immediately driven to the airport; this information was only relayed to me on the return day. So overall, communication could have been better, but I was actually very happy with the service.

Pros: The agent was very friendly and helped with pick up and drop off from the airport terminal

Cons: The car wasn’t in the best condition with a crack in the windscreen, lots of body scratches and a clunking noise when going over speed bumps. For the price we paid and a short trip it was acceptable but if we had paid more or stayed longer it would not have been. We were concerned we would be blamed for damage as it was hard to clearly mark existing scratch damage due to how much there was.

Pros: After collection of the car they liaised with me by WhatsApp and dealt with any ongoing issues queries responding via whatsapp

Cons: We waited over an hour for the car to arrive. When they eventually arrived it was not the car we booked. They provided a bigger car as they said they didn’t have the one I booked. The car was very run down, not clean, tattered. They covered it up with the paper used by valets. Then their payment machine didn’t work, they took a copy of my card which they charged twice. When I spotted the error they ignored it for a week. After my insistence a refund was given but they wanted to pay in dinar.

Pros: There was nothing wrong with the car itself, everything was in working order, although it had a few scratches.

Cons: The delay on return of the car and the fact that the pick-up agent was not at the pick-up point on the prior agreed time. Also, the car smelled like old cigarette smoke.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name.
Deposit and deductible policy

Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Additional drivers are allowed free of charge.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period is without limitations.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 1 hour after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
