Pros: Perfect, very easy pick up and drop off. Car was immaculate. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Pros: Was met outside customs at the airport, it was very quick and easy
Cons: I wasn’t given an extensive tour of the car. Had to Google where the usb hub and hand brake (it was a foot pedal), were. I didn’t mind, but the car had to be returned to a mall in the city and I was immediately driven to the airport; this information was only relayed to me on the return day. So overall, communication could have been better, but I was actually very happy with the service.
Pros: The agent was very friendly and helped with pick up and drop off from the airport terminal
Cons: The car wasn’t in the best condition with a crack in the windscreen, lots of body scratches and a clunking noise when going over speed bumps. For the price we paid and a short trip it was acceptable but if we had paid more or stayed longer it would not have been. We were concerned we would be blamed for damage as it was hard to clearly mark existing scratch damage due to how much there was.

A Young driver fee is not applied.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Additional drivers are allowed free of charge.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
