Pros: Absolutely POOR VALUE FOR MONEY
Cons: The car was in very bad condition, Very old (2018), a lot of scratches and issues on its body and had mechanical issues ( engine noise woith acceleration and alignment problem). I asked the agent while picking up the car to change it and he clarified that no other available cars. I also informed them on whatsapp but no action was taken.
Pros: No muy contento por los gastos extra.

Pros: The car condition was very bad the car was having a problem in the highway the car was wearing and the wavers of the windscreen was damaged there is a noise in the steering whe under and the back steering I mean the suspension and the car was completely full of scratch and also the fuel was below 3 short only which is all the things I didn't have to come and look after it when to receive the car It was very bad experience and then I called the office so many time more than 6 time and nobody beca
Cons: Nobody pick up the phone on the car after 3 days they call me he said yes we can change the car and I have to come from the city to the airport to change the car they give me another car which was has also did nobody check about it was having a problem with the break whenever you're driving slowly alright you have a very noise coming from the brakes I don't rent a car to do a multi on it or to do inspection it I have any the car to drop me without any problem and the car wasn't really clean
Cons: Very unprofessional. The car I rented was not running well, when I called Alamo to ask for a car exchange they asked me to take the car to the mechanic and change the battery!!!
Rental Conditions
Please check the Rental Conditions for each vehicle prior to booking as some conditions, particularly the deposit and deductible, may vary based on the class of vehicle.
For certain car groups, minimal rental age is 25 years.
Maximum rental age is 70 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): Kuwait.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
In the event of damages to the car, without providing a police report, CDW and any other additional protection become voided.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
The following are accepted methods of payment:Cash.
When paying with cash, a debit/credit card issued on the main driver's name is required for security purposes.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

All extras are available at the rental counter. Prices vary, depending on the rental period.
The first additional driver is allowed free of charge.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
