Pros: Nothing……
Cons: Very very bad service, the person who took us to our rental car stole my wallet while transferring our luggage and attempted to use all my credit cards. Rental agents were no help with tracking down their worker. Car was dirty and they accused me of damage that was already there. I do not recommend.
Cons: The sales representative was absolutely terrible upon pick up and drop off. he was not honouring what was in my contract, every time I showed him my contract voucher, he would change the reason for trying to charge me more, he was extremely rude and condescending. This is a terrible way to start off visiting the area. I was not happy with Discover cars lack of immediate response with my issues. I do not want to deal with a chat but I want to deal with a live agent waiting for emails
Pros: My car was damaged against a Stone. I Whattapp the Alamo consultant who only sent me a no. That no wasnt at all helpful as it kept asking me for my id or ikaama. Im not a resident but tourist. I needed guidance of how to report or what to do. Then he tells me my insurance is invalid because I don't have a police report. I understand the repercussions of no police report but at least have a customer number that I can communicate with.
Cons: Very bad customer service. Needs better communication with your customers especially by whatapp. They should be a communicable help number to message or help you. The consultant did not even inform me of the procedure to follow hence the insurance might not pay. Looks like I'm out of pocket for damages although I had full cover.
Cons: The company did not have the car that I booked and refused to give me an alternative unless I paid for a more expensive car. The pick-up process took over an hour. On return, they advised that they routinely retain deposits for 25 working days. Terrible experience with a brand I thought would be better.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, International Driving Permit (IDP), visitors visa.

Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.
