Pros: What really stood out to me was the thoughtful touch of providing a small bag with a map of Lebanon on it, along with a tissue box and some lollipops. Pros: The fast response to every problem and how fast the correction time was. Really great service and good company

Cons: The only thing didn't like or liked less is the fact that the car should be inspected well before being delivered to the customer. I had to replace my car twice because of that. Imagine the waste of time and money for the company for that reason, that could be avoided if a good inspection was made. When I say inspection, it has to be done by mechanical professional and not at the discretion of the delivery guy. Hope you take this into consideration

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 455.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Road tax, Vehicle registration fee, Tourism levy, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 23 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 85 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, International Driving Permit (IDP).
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age).

It is allowed to add up to 1 additional drivers.
Additional drivers are allowed free of charge.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 60 days.

If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
