Cons: See above! The agent was a little grumpy initially as we came later as indicated (I gave the wrong arrival time - so, my fault). However, the agent was not reachable by the colleague of Hertz and it took us an hour to get hold of the agent. Entirely our responsibility of course. Anyway, it was not nice to deal with a grumpy agent to start the process with who, however, became friendly after a while. I would have appreciated to have more information about how to use the car (see above).
