Pros: Friendly staff, easy pickup and drop off in terminal.
Cons: Car was older model with 135K+ miles and lots of minor exterior body damage. It had no backup camera, infotainment screen, or Apple CarPlay connectivity, and lacked power going up steep hills. One time it stalled on a dangerous curved incline, and took a few minutes to restart. Very scary moment with fear of being rear ended. That said, it performed well for remainder of trip, but I panicked each time I was forced to go slowly up hills.

Pros: Pickup and dropoff at STS was easy.
Cons: The car was in bad shape. It was only somewhat clean, pretty dinged up, and extremely old. The windows were so darkly tinted that a police officer pulled me over on 101 and was about to give me a ticket until I told him it was a rental car. I didn’t feel safe putting my kids in the car, so they drove with their grandparents, while I drove in the rental.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage (except for local residents), Collision Damage Waiver (up to the full value of the rental car when no insurance is purchased), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Rate excludes
An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 25 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): USA.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, return flight ticket, proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill), proof of liability insurance.

If opting to self-insure, the renter must have a full coverage policy that includes the deductible, physical damage, and liability.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.

Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 28 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.

Business hours
