Ace Rent a car at Albuquerque Airport

Pros: The drop off and pick up were easy. The car was the type requested

Cons: The car was very dirty i had to get it washed in the morning to even be able to use the back up camera. I had requested a vehicle with hand controls. They were not installed a kit was supplied and was told I could either install myself or come back the next day and they would install it.

Pros: Nothing special.

Cons: There was not agent at the car area….we would have been able to ask about CarPlay.

Pros: Well, they came through after first telling me that my rez was no good because I was late picking it up - even tho’ I had called them earlier to say my flights had been delayed

Cons: They didn’t hold my tez even Fter I had called. And I eventually got a sedan, not the SUV I had reserved and prepsid.

Cons: difficulty in getting insurance with Ace waived,but I got that accomplished

Cons: The line was very long and only one person was working the counter. I waited 40 minutes to get our car. And then the car tags were expired, go back inside, but I had to just cut line, because there were 10 people in line and I didn't have time to wait for hours.

Cons: There wasn't anything I didn't like about my experience. The gentleman that helped us couldn't have been nicer.

Pros: Ace was outstanding and agents were very efficient

Cons: Because Discover cars is 3rd party, the receipt at the counter when I turned the car in didn’t contain info that car was returned. It only showed the rate that I paid. Also the insurance was through Discover Cars. I did not see a domestic phone number or way to contact Discover Cars if there had been an issue.

Cons: I wish the rental agent at pick up would have let me know that there wasnt a gas station on the same exit from the freeway as the rental car return lot. Had to turn around to go out to get gas. Would have been nice if he would have mentioned that as it added 15/20 mins to the return process. I had to go back to the freeway, go back to the previous exit and get gas. Then back track to the rental return lot.

Pros: They even told us a wonderful place to have lunch! Quick and easy transaction with the car, too.

Cons: The final billing process was riddled with errors.

Pros: I think we got a good deal at pickup. The agent was very friendly and told us the late return fees would be waived.

Cons: Apparently the things that were promised at pickup were not communicated to the agent that added extra charges after we dropped off the car. We had to catch a late night flight, which is why we requested the late drop off.

Cons: Car was not ready even through we were 30 minutes early. They gave us a different car but it was not clean on the inside from prior renters.

Cons: No wiper fluid so had to stop to buy a gallon. No receipt given, so did not know total cost. Wanted to check if anything had changed or been added since this was first time using your car service

Cons: I booked a full size car and was given a compact car without mentioning that it's a downgrade. As a result the ride was uncomfortable and the car was not spacious enough for my needs. Very bad an unprofessional! I will never use ACE rental or recommend anyone ACE rental.

Cons: I never received a copy of my invoice post drop-off, that is a problem.

Cons: you expect basic features of a car to work, especially those that apply to the environment (e.g. wipers in a known snow/rain area), that was not the case, also the workers, while nice, were sub-par in performance, I was told an "estimate" of time clearly out of fear of committing, but being that I committed money I should have been provided a better answer, and again I was told I would be provided a refund, that has yet to happen

Cons: No one was there at drop off. Someone came as I was walking up and took the keys. They said they would send me a final receipt by end of day. I didn’t get it until the next day and it was incorrect. Could only get call center reps and no one there to fix error. Still waiting to what back from them.

Pros: Broken part in the front end. Required a second trip to agency to exchange the car for another car.

Pros: Very friendly agents, helpful. Would use them again!

Pros: The car was clean, and just what I needed. I could not complain about the price or, the ease, which I was able to rent the car.

Cons: At the Albuquerque office, I was a little confused at first, because the ace rent car sign said to go to the right. The ace rental office was actually all the way to the left.

Pros: I ended up getting in early for pick up and the car I reserved was not available, so I ended up upgrading to a larger vehicle upon suggestion of the rep.

Cons: Did not have what we wanted, tried to upswell instead of allowing even switch, downgraded to lesser suv and had to wait 20 minutes also
