Pros: Our Agent, Jennifer was super helpful, considerate, and friendly. Gave us great tips on Albuquerque and New Mexico! She is terrific!!

Pros: They asked what we were doing and gave us a vehicle that met our needs. Zero wait to get the car!

Cons: Our agent was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped get us into a car that would work best for the mountain we were going to.

Cons: The gas tank cover was broken and I only realized when I went to get gas near the end of my trip.

Cons: Wait time at the counter was very slow for no apparent reason. Provided car was not really equivalent in my opinion. Car was heavily used--over 45,000 miles, with many dings, scratches, and bad paintwork. There was no car check out procedure, they just told me to take pictures of any damage before I left. The car was in such rough shape that I felt I needed to make a full walk around video pointing out the many dents, scratches, paint damage, etc. to protect myself. Poor experience overall.

Pros: Just as easy and friendly to uses as the major agencies, at a better price. No hard sell to add insurance.

Cons: Inside of the windows, especially the back window, were dirty. Given the hot sun during the day, it is probably a losing battle to tru to clean the inside of the glass.

Pros: Staff recognized the (accidental) problems and responded quickly.

Cons: The initial car had low tire pressure on all four tires and had been previously driven by a smoker. The replacement car had a small ping in the windshield that developed into a long fracture. The replacement car's navigation system would not recognize the Apple software, although the previous car did.

Cons: Very substandard car!! Filthy inside stained seats! Outside car all dinged up. Car had NO power! Bad on highways! Shaking at higher speeds. Windshield wiper shredded. Cover for hatch back trunk MISSING so could look in and see luggage. … I may have missed something. Don’t rent from ACE!

Cons: The car was very dirty i had to get it washed in the morning to even be able to use the back up camera. I had requested a vehicle with hand controls. They were not installed a kit was supplied and was told I could either install myself or come back the next day and they would install it.

Cons: The line was very long and only one person was working the counter. I waited 40 minutes to get our car. And then the car tags were expired, go back inside, but I had to just cut line, because there were 10 people in line and I didn't have time to wait for hours.

Cons: Because Discover cars is 3rd party, the receipt at the counter when I turned the car in didn’t contain info that car was returned. It only showed the rate that I paid. Also the insurance was through Discover Cars. I did not see a domestic phone number or way to contact Discover Cars if there had been an issue.

Cons: I wish the rental agent at pick up would have let me know that there wasnt a gas station on the same exit from the freeway as the rental car return lot. Had to turn around to go out to get gas. Would have been nice if he would have mentioned that as it added 15/20 mins to the return process. I had to go back to the freeway, go back to the previous exit and get gas. Then back track to the rental return lot.

Pros: They even told us a wonderful place to have lunch! Quick and easy transaction with the car, too.

Cons: Apparently the things that were promised at pickup were not communicated to the agent that added extra charges after we dropped off the car. We had to catch a late night flight, which is why we requested the late drop off.

Cons: I booked a full size car and was given a compact car without mentioning that it's a downgrade. As a result the ride was uncomfortable and the car was not spacious enough for my needs. Very bad an unprofessional! I will never use ACE rental or recommend anyone ACE rental.

Cons: you expect basic features of a car to work, especially those that apply to the environment (e.g. wipers in a known snow/rain area), that was not the case, also the workers, while nice, were sub-par in performance, I was told an "estimate" of time clearly out of fear of committing, but being that I committed money I should have been provided a better answer, and again I was told I would be provided a refund, that has yet to happen

Cons: At the Albuquerque office, I was a little confused at first, because the ace rent car sign said to go to the right. The ace rental office was actually all the way to the left.
