Pros: Contact very good and they arranged a driver to collect our luggage as our car wasn’t large enough for suitcases.
Cons: When we arrived there was no representative and we had to call for them to come to the office - around half hour wait. Also the cost was higher than expected.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (with zero deductible), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax).
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 25 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.
Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
It is mandatory to have a Local Driver’s Permit. It can be purchased at the rental desk at the time of pick-up.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.

Renters who do not purchase insurance coverages from local partner, and who have not arranged for other insurance coverage that is valid in the country of pick up, may be personally responsible to supplier and/or third-parties for damages up to the full value of the rental vehicle and/ or for all damages caused to third-parties and their property.

Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.

When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 240 minutes.
