Pros: Handige ophaalbus met vriendelijke chauffeur en echt prima auto waar we fijn mee hebben rondgereden. Het inleveren ging ontzettend snel en gemakkelijk. Het personeel was rustig en vriendelijk.

Cons: Het ophalen duurde erg lang, mede omdat veel gegevens die ik allang had opgegeven nog eens ter plekke moesten worden overgetypt. Ik had net de pech dat ik de agent had die extra verzekeringen probeerde te slijten en de DiscoverCar verzekeringen in twijfel trok (andere klanten konden na 1 keer 'nee' tegen hun agent gewoon weg). Benzine was niet tot vol zoals beloofd door DC en wat basisdingen van de auto waren kapot zoals Front Assist en de spiegelverstelknop.

Cons: Aansmeren van extra verzekering, en niet terugstorten van de borg (in elk geval niet op tijd!, nog niets ontvangen na 5 dagen)

Pros: De auto was in prima staat.

Cons: Het duurde erg lang bij de balie om de auto op te halen en de man probeerde ons een extra verzekering aan te smeren terwijl wij alles verzekerd hadden. Dat was niet prettig!!

Pros: Prima, shuttleservice van en naar het vliegveld in Catania goed geregeld ondanks dat de vliegtuig vertraging had en buiten kantoortijd bereikbaar en aanwezig was.

Pros: Werden na ons gemeld te hebben binnen 10 minuten opgehaald.Chauffeur was zeer vriendelijk.Overigebs de chauffeur die ons weer terug bracht eveneens.Huurauto was prima.

Cons: De afstemming tav de autoverzekering kan beterBij Discovery car hadden we de maximale verzekering afgesloten maar bij optimo car waren ze niet goed op de hoogte van wat dit precies inhield en wilden graag dat we een verzekering afsluiten voor €100.Misschien is het beter ,ook voor afhandeling van eventuele schade,dat Discovery car de standaard verzekering vraagt en dat je bij optimo de extra verzekering afsluit.In ieder geval moet dit beter op elkaar afgestemd worden
