Ti preghiamo di leggere le Condizioni di noleggio di ogni determinato veicolo prima di prenotare, perché alcune condizioni, soprattutto il deposito e la franchigia, possono variare in base alla classe a cui appartiene il veicolo.
For rentals of 30 days or more, mileage is limited to 500 miles per week.
For each additional mile an additional charge of 0.30 GBP per mile will apply.
Mileage limitations will apply if the car is to be used for crossing country borders.
Mileage is limited to 100 miles per day. For each additional mile an additional charge of 0.50 GBP per mile will apply.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
The driver license must be written in English alphabet.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
Customers not resident in United Kingdom are required to present the following document(s): passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, return flight ticket, flight information, International Driving Permit (IDP) in order to collect the car.
Renters from the following country(ies): United Kingdom must provide the following documents: 2 proofs of home address (e.g. Utility bill) in order to collect the car. The following document(s): proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill) must not be older than 3 months.
UK customers must bring their DVLA check code along with their photo ID. This check code can be obtained from the DVLA website.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
ID documents must be hard copies; documents held on mobile devices will not be accepted.
A local renter is defined as a renter who lives within 20 miles of the pickup location and who is not flying into town with a return ticket.
A deposit for a tank of fuel is required upon collecting the vehicle.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the vehicle.
The deductible/excess amount is from 1500 GBP to 2500 GBP, depending on the car group.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card. The following are accepted methods of payment:Debit cards.
The credit card must be valid for the following period from the start of the rental: 1 month.
Only International renters are allowed to use the following payment method(s): Debit cards.
For the following car group(s): Luxury, Premium, a credit card is required.
Additional insurance (Full Damage Waiver (FDW)) must be purchased if using the following payment method(s): Debit cards.
An administrative charge of 5 % will apply for payments made using the following credit card(s): American Express.
Local customers are allowed to rent only if they agree to a credit check and the credit score is positive.
A local renter is defined as a renter who lives within 20 miles of the pickup location and who is not flying into town with a return ticket.
Cash is/are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
International one-way rentals are not available.
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Information on the exact fee amount is available by request.
Mileage limitations will apply when the car is to be used for crossing country borders.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
There is a charge of 10 GBP per day per driver.
Spouse is allowed for a decreased charge of 7GBP per day.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance. Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
At time of drop off, customers should return the vehicle with a full tank and be able to show the gas station receipt confirming they have filled the tank, in order for the fuel deposit to be refunded.
Please note that the rental company will check for any endorsements or penalties (traffic offenses or penalty points) on renter's driver license and that renter may be refused the car if there have been any in the last 5 years.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 29 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
