The Shuttle Transfer Area is outside the AIR NEW ZEALAND Check-in Area. 3. Please wait in the shuttle transfer area for the White Hao Rental Shuttle van (Plate number: HAOCAR) and signal the driver. You will be transferred to our office for vehicle collection. Note: The reception working hour is 08:00 to 18:00. The last free shuttle pick up (from the airport to the branch) or drop off (from the branch to the airport) is 17:30. If you call us to request a shuttle pick up or drop off between 17:30 to 07:59, the 45NZD off-hour services fees per time will be applied. And off-hour service fees are not refundable. Off-hours pick-up instruction (Between 06:01 pm-07:59 am) 1. If you are collecting your vehicle after our business hours—between 06:01 pm and 07:59 am—you will need to contact us (info@haorentals.co.nz) at least two working days before the pick-up to complete the online check-in.
