Cons: Car (Dacia) little under powered for the island but still worked fine. This island has 14-16% inclines that this car complained about but we made it and had a great time!

Pros: Friendly, knowledgeable staff who were very helpful and patient. Car rental process was easy and car was good, clean, and reliable.

Cons: When I called to tell the office my flight would be late, I was on hold for over 25 min before someone answered. I wish I could have left a message. I was very worried as the written agreement suggested I my specific car choice and reservation could be cancelled if I did not arrive on time for the pick up. Once I spoke with staff member about the flight delay, she assured me I could still have the same car and would not have any problems. She made everything better- I’m so grateful she answered

Pros: Generally quite easy and effective.

Cons: Paying extra for a second driver. Having second driver means the driving is shared so safer. We weren't prepared to pay the fee for a second driver, so we were less safe for no good reason. As another point, I wanted a deal for three islands, but nobody was prepared to give me one. You could have had my business for three islands had you had some sort of deal.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.

Maximum rental age is 85 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy

Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
