Terminal 1 (T1): Exit through the baggage claim doors into the main arrivals hall. Locate the “Go Natural” coffee shop and go behind it. Follow the signs for Parking (P) G / Shuttle (straight from the back of the coffee shop). Walk down the corridor for approximately 100 meters. Along the way, you will see a tobacco shop on your right, which can be used as a reference point. Continue to the end of the corridor and go down to the lower level using the stairs or elevator. Exit the building and turn left. You will find the minibus / shuttle area here. Terminal 2 (T2 – 2A, 2B, 2C): Exit the terminal building and stay at street level. If arriving at T2A or T2B, walk to the right. If arriving at T2C, walk to the left. Do not cross the road. Pass the taxi rank and continue following the signs for the minibus / shuttle (Rent a Car area). Continue straight until you reach the shuttle pick-up area, marked with a shelter or sign."

The customer has to leave their flight number, without it we cant send the bus to the airport. Terminal 1: Once you leave Terminal 1, you will see a Coffee place called Go Natural, walk towards the parking lot G and take the stairs at the end. At this point our courtesy shuttle bus will be waiting for you, which runs every 10/15 minutes. The minibus will take you directly to Nizacars office. Terminal 2A and B: Leave Terminal 2 and, without crossing the road, walk towards to your right, go through the taxi stop and then, you will find the our courtesy minibus area. Terminal 2C: Leave the building and walk to your left until you find a flyover. Go under the flyover and keep walking on the left side until, a few meters later, you find the courtesy minibus area. Turn to the left and follow signs for car rental pickup and continue until you see the OK Mobility Store. To pick up your vehicle, take the lift or stairs to your right and head to the lower floor (Floor 1). In the car park you will find the vehicle in the space indicated in the Store. Terminal 2: After leaving the baggage claim area, you will see signs for the car rental area. Turn to the left following these signs and you will immediately see the OK Mobility Store in front of you. To pick up your vehicle, exit the terminal and cross the pedestrian crossing on your right. Cross the road again and opposite, in the car park, you will find your vehicle in the marked parking space. The pickup of vans and campers is only at Terminal 2.
