Our vehicles are delivered at our office adjacent to the airport located at Carrer del Segrià 2, 08820 El Prat de Llobregat, Barcelona. Upon arrival, to get to the courtesy shuttle service that will take you to our office, follow these instructions: Terminal 1: From the baggage collection point, head to the main hall and follow signs to "Parking G" to exit the building. Go to the lower floor, then walk to your left, where you will find the bus area, where our free shuttle service will take you to our facilities. • Terminal 2: After collecting your luggage, exit the terminal and follow signs towards Terminal C and continue straight to reach the shuttle parking area. Here you will find our free shuttle service that will take you to our facilities.

Turn to the left and follow signs for car rental pickup and continue until you see the OK Mobility Store. To pick up your vehicle, take the lift or stairs to your right and head to the lower floor (Floor 1). In the car park you will find the vehicle in the space indicated in the Store. Terminal 2: After leaving the baggage claim area, you will see signs for the car rental area. Turn to the left following these signs and you will immediately see the OK Mobility Store in front of you. To pick up your vehicle, exit the terminal and cross the pedestrian crossing on your right. Cross the road again and opposite, in the car park, you will find your vehicle in the marked parking space. The pickup of vans and campers is only at Terminal 2.
