Domestic Terminal Collection Zone is over Skybridge and down to the right, in Zone B1 and B2. International Terminal Collection Zone is down the stairs to the left in Zone 3. If you live within 100km of Hendra QLD, you will be considered a Local Renter. Local Renter's security deposit is $2000 and vehicle must be collected between 8:00AM and 5:00PM, Monday - Sunday. Local Renters will not receive a vehicle if they do not meet these conditions.

International Terminal Pick-up Instructions: After clearing customs and collecting your luggage, turn left in the arrivals hall and follow the signs for Bus/Rideshare/Shuttle.
