Pros: Very friendly agent and everything completed quickly.

Cons: The drop off point at Rome Ciampino airport was incredibly difficult to reach. The whole rental car area was overflowing with cars with no clear path to reach the Locauto area. Every inch of space had a rental car on it from all the rental car companies.
