Will the supplier wait for me if I share my flight number?

Providing your flight number is a fantastic way to help the rental supplier track your arrival!
While it's incredibly helpful, it doesn't automatically guarantee the desk can hold your car indefinitely or stay open past their regular hours.

Step-by-Step Guide:

1Add Your Flight Number
Adding this to your booking before you travel is a great way to let the supplier monitor your flight's progress and anticipate your arrival.

2Understand the Reality
Just keep in mind that the supplier's standard "grace period" (usually around 30 to 60 minutes) and their regular closing times do still apply.

3Call Immediately
If you notice your flight is delayed, giving the rental desk a quick call using the number on your voucher is a wonderful idea. A friendly heads-up is one of the absolute best ways to help keep your booking secure!

4After-Hours Arrivals
If a delay happens to push your arrival past the office's closing time, the staff might not be able to wait. Reaching out to them right away to see if an "Out of Hours" pick-up can be arranged is the best next step (just a heads-up, there's usually a small extra fee for this handy service).

💡 Did you know?

It's easy to assume that a flight delay or cancellation automatically guarantees a refund for a missed pick-up. While standard rental terms generally don't cover flight delays and the prepaid amount might not be automatically refunded for a missed pick-up, we are always here to help!
If this happens, we'll gladly advocate for you, even if it isn't guaranteed by the standard terms.
