Terminal 1: You will find our free shuttle service on the Arrivals area, in front of gate 14. Once outside the terminal, cross the street and await our transfer service on the “BUS HOTEL” area. After you get off the plane, head to the arrivals area (ground floor). Once you get to the arrivals area, use the tourist information office as a reference point. Keep walking for a few meters and you’ll arrive at the OK Mobility office.

The office is located next to Madrid airport. From T1: exit the terminal through gate 13 (in front of Arrival lounge 2) and cross the zebra crossing. From T2 and 3: go to the exit in front the Exit lounge 5 or 6 and follow the indications to T1. Go up the stairs, walk through the ramp and go down the stairs to the Arrivals Hall, exit the Terminal through gate 13 (in front of Arrival lounge 2) and cross the zebra crossing. From T4: exit the terminal and cross the zebra crossing and and follow the indications for the “Bus hotel stop“.

The office is 7 minutes from the airport. Please follow these instructions to reach the minibus area, where the shuttle will be waiting: Exit the terminal and cross the pedestrian crossing. Continue straight, following the signs for 'Cercanias' (train station), and cross another pedestrian crossing. To the right, behind the wall of the Airport “Cercanias” Station, there is a parking area marked with yellow lines. Follow the yellow line area to the end. The shuttle will pick up passengers between the second-to-last and the last grey column, right by the second pedestrian crossing.

Terminal 1: Come out of the terminal building, turn right and continue for about 150 metres until you see the green Hotel Bus Information sign opposite the Left Luggage Office and wait here for the Centauro Rent a Car shuttle bus that passes every 15-20 minutes, this will take you to the office situated a few minutes away. Terminal 2: Once you have collected your luggage, follow the “Bus Connecting” sign. In the Arrivals Hall, go to your left and follow the “Bus Connecting” sign until you see the P. Expres sign. Exit the terminal here, once outside cross at the zebra crossing and, on your right, follow the signs for “Bus Stop EMT Hotels-Agencies”. Wait here for the Centauro Shuttle Bus which passes every 10-15 minutes, this will take you to the office situated a few minutes away. Terminal 4: Once you have collected your luggage, follow the “Bus & Shuttle” sign to your left, use this exit, cross at the zebra crossing and follow the “Bus Hotel” sign to the left. Wait here for the Centauro Shuttle Bus which passes every 10-15 minutes, this will take you to the office situated a few minutes away. Minibus is available during the office opening hours. If your flight is due to arrive before closure, you will need to contact Centauro so that we can wait for you.
