Pros: Very happy with the Surprice team in Mykonos. Only gripe would be that we were taken to vacant lot to do paperwork and pick up car, but that was a minor issue. Mamali was friendly and efficient with documentation completion. Car was clean and comfortable.

Pros: Bei der Anmietung wurde uns vom Herrn , der alles abgewickelt hat , versprochen , dass er uns bei der Rückgabe ins Städtchen bringt. Als wir dann den Wagen zurück gebracht haben , hat uns der selbe Herr angeschnauzt , er hätte keine Zeit und sei beschäftigt - sehr unfreundlich. Er wollte auch die Rückgabe des Autos zweieinhalb Stunden früher als abgemacht. Wir haben ihm dann offeriert , dass er den Wagen 4 Stunden früher haben könnte , wenn er ihn im Hotel Alkistis abholen würde.

Cons: Er wollte aber den Wagen nicht abholen . So haben wir ihn dann 1 Stunde früher als abgemacht zurück gebracht.

Pros: They drove us to the hotel when they didn't have the car we had reserved at the scheduled time of pick-up. However, this was the least they could do.

Cons: Awful experience. Came to pick up the car at 12 on a wednesday. They apparently had problems with damaged vehicles, and did not have a car for us at that time. They drove us to our hotel, and promised to bring us a car to the hotel later that same evening. We heard nothing, and messaged them later in the day. They did not have a car available until the next day. We finally got a car the day after, at 10pm in the evening. Due to this, we had to spend our first two days in Mykonos at the hotel.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: They fraud me. I rent a Compact category car (Renault Clio o similar), instead they give me a lower category car (Economy, a Nissan Micra) without any type of refund, because they (the only company in Mikonos that do this) classify Micra as a Compact.... Moreover the car is old.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 900.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 20 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 23.

There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 72.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.


Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.

Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit. In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.

A digital driver's license will not be accepted — you must bring your physical driving license.
Cross-border policy
Crossing the country border or using a ferry (traveling to an island) is forbidden. In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are not mandatory in Greece.
Business hours
If the customer is late for a return for more than 120 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
