Pros: Nothing.

Cons: Given a much SMALLER car than booked. The agent in Messina was not helpful. Poor quality baby seat. Car was in poor condition.

Cons: No dan el contrato en el Momento de recoger el vehículo y no te lo mandan a tu email . Tienes que pedirlo a DISCOVER CARS

Pros: Location was good and the car was quite new (~4000 km on the clock).

Cons: I had to sign that the car had no damage before I was even able to see the car. When I eventually go to the car, it had a lot of little dings and scratches here and there. I went back to find the agents, but the office was closed and no one was inside. After waiting a few minutes, someone showed up again and came to the car with me to mark down all the damage. This took some extra time, and felt suspicious, when the damage was so obvious and still they originally presented it as “no damage”.

Pros: missina office was excellent, everything ran smoothly

Cons: reserved car online, was informed that my car choice was not available, understood upgraded to next class for an increase in price. when we got to the office we asked if there was a car available in the class, we originally wanted. there was, wasn't cleaned but we were fine with that. Problem is we still paid the higher price on the rental

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1464.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, Free modifications, State Tax.
Rate excludes

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 23.

Maximum rental age is 82 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): EU.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

To rent the following vehicle category(ies): Luxury, Premium, Special, you must provide the following document(s) at pickup: return flight ticket, flight information, local address (apartment; hotel; villa; etc.), 2 phone numbers (1 of which is landline), 2 credit cards.
Deposit and deductible policy

Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Snow chains, Express Service.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.


Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Electric vehicles must be returned with the same battery charge they had when picked up to avoid additional charges (on a per kWh basis). An additional admin fee will be charged if a vehicle is returned with less than 20 % battery charge remaining.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 45 days.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 2 hours after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
