Pros: Very nice, friendly and helpful staff. Great location of the pick up and drop off desk and parking.
Cons: Not that we did not like it - only it was new to us. At the drop off, we were surprised that we had to return the key at the desk only. We expected a company representative to accept the car in our presence. It was the same at the pick up - we received the key at the desk and went to the car by ourselves. If we were late for our flight, this would be very helpful actually but we are used to acceptance of the vehicle in our presence and verification of its status.
Pros: The woman serving was not very impressed with her job and the quality of service was not very impressive.

Cons: Terrible customer service, long wait time and doesn't understand what a debit card is to take payments. On return was not there on the times advertised and teh responses when she did show up were rude and curt. I would never use them again, sadly its the only option after 6 pm at Rimini airport

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): EU.
