Pros: Nothing. Update the contact number in the website so we can contact the local car rental company instead of going through a voice recording.
Cons: They did not show up. We waited for almost 2 hours.
Pros: The car was as expected and clean. The agency was helpfull on the request for the sun glasses I forgot in the car and bring them to me at the airport. This is a very positive point and I thanks them for this level of profesionalism
Cons: I rented a car with GPS a long time a go (January 2019 for a pick-up on April 2019). The day before receiving the car I asked for the confirmation of the meeting point and the details of my location. I was surprised to know that all the GPS of the company were sent for mape update and they didn't plan to keep one for me. They proposed to give-me back the amount of the GPS. The cost of the rental was 136USD and they charged me for 7276.54 PHP which means a conversion rate of 53.5 instead of 50
Cons: Wait time is too long picking up the car, they should do the inspection prior to the customer picking up the vehicle.
Pros: The car is clean and new. Experience overall is good. Desk agrnt is corteous and profesional.
Cons: The desk office is 15mins away from the airport. Wish they would have a desk within the airport but this is not an issue overall as they will pick you up from the airport and take you to the office to do the car hand pver
Pros: I had a very new car that was well kept.
