Cons: They almost didn't give me the car because on US drivers license it doesn't state when you got your license for the first time in your life. I just renewed my permit and I couldn't prove I have been driving for more than 2 months, even I am 55 years old. They didn't like that I didn't purchase their insurance package. When I came to return the car, the office was closed. When they showed up with 2 new customers, they let me wait 1.5 hours, then they told me I should've washed the car inside and

Pros: the car was new, only 2500 km when I got it. safety features like speed limit, collision warning, lane control, new child seat, the car was clean

Cons: - there was a smell of previous client’s perfumes on the car seat belt, which annoyed me all the time i was driving. - the situation with a non-refundable insurance purchased online, which did not cover many things, made me really upset - the guy took us from their parking lot to the office and we lost our child’s scooter in his car. no one seemed to worry about that. we asked many workers in the office and in the parking lot when dropping off the car, but they were busy with new clients.

Pros: The drop off was really good. The guy was understanding and quite cool. He managed to tuen a bad experience into a good one.

Cons: Not only they tried to push me to take on their price for insurance but, they also made threats saying that they'll keep all the deposit. The guy from collection was rude, patronising and quite agresive. Happy to have a phone conversation with you guys to share how bad the experience at pickup was.

Cons: High deposit. Looking to charge for damages almost invisible (hundreds of euros for the smallest chip). Low hire price and then you are almost "threaten" that if you don't take out their insurance, which will double the hire price, you may be charged very hefty for the smallest,almost invisible chip/scratches.

Pros: The agents were very friendly and helpful. It was a very quick process to pick up and drop off.

Cons: I was not told at pick up that an agent would not be at the rental desk. I called the customer service number and had to wait about 5 to 10 minutes for someone to show up. This is the only small inconvenience of the whole booking.

Pros: The car was full of scratches and dent's, the colour was petaling. There was no way of marking all the defects whan we took the car. We didn't hit anything during our stay and we returned the car cleaner then it was. Right away when we returned the car the employee found a dent thst you cant see unless you put a flashlight in an angel, you cant see anything if you look righ at it, and he went straight to it like he knew where to look. Now they want to take 600 euro to fix it.

Cons: The service was the worst. I am never going to work with klass wagen again.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 20 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.

There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 70.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.


In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, bank statement or utility bill.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
A deposit for a tank of fuel is required upon pick up.
Electric vehicles will be provided with at least 80% battery level. You must return the vehicle with at least 80% battery level.
Additional information
In case of renting at the airport location, the customer must provide a valid flight number in order to make a reservation.
The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.


The supplier will hold the vehicle for 3 hours after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
