Pros: At drop off very easy, agent helped us get a taxi.
Cons: Same as all car rental places, they tried to upsell extras when we picked car up. Also, I typically rent at airports where they are quite flexible about pick up time but here we arrive 1 hour early and had to wait for the assigned time to get our car.

Pros: DiscoverCars appears to be a broker. We paid a deposit for no service. Europcar provided an overpriced rental car, but excellent service. We cannot recommend DiscoverCars!
Cons: Will not recommend DiscoverCars! The estimate was a little under $500., but was in fact close to 800.!!

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
For vehicles in groups Mini a driver license valid for at least 1 years is required.
For vehicles in groups Economy, Compact, Intermediate a driver license valid for at least 3 years is required.
For vehicles in groups Luxury, Premium, Special a driver license valid for at least 10 years is required.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the Geneva / Vienna Convention on Road Traffic (e.g., China), an official translation of the license in the following language(s): English, together with the original license, must be presented.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
