Pros: It was efficient and the agent very nice.
Cons: We had to clean the windows on the inside ourself, they were very dirty. All the scary information of what the insurance did not cover. Its the same all over southern Europe. The car rental should include all Insurances needed in the price. I have a private travel insurance that covers this. You should change the policy.

Pros: The lady at issue counter was polite and provided me with automatic (ofcourse costs a lot more than original price). She understood the requirement and quickly resolved it. she didnot force to buy additional insurance.
Cons: I had difficult time entering back the Parking lot as the Car was not recognized by the camera software. I had to call using the dashboard but unfortunately everything was in French. Also, I had got the car cleaned by garage before returning but the condition I received was not that great.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
If the car is returned with a lesser amount of fuel, a refueling charge of 20 EUR will be applied + the cost of the missing fuel.
Diesel vehicles are available for an additional charge.

Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 28 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
