Auto noma Dānijā

The automated check-out is located inside the terminal, not at the shuttle car parks. From Arrivals, follow the signs "Direct Parking P7 & Car Sharing". Take the escalator up one level. You are now in P7a, Level 1 – this is where you will find SwipNgo. Check-out is fully automated through the SwipNgo App, so you can pick up your car digitally and contactless with no queues or waiting time. If you prefer, you can choose a guided digital check-out at our self-service area in the car park, or a manual check-out with our staff, who are on site during all operating hours. Our customer support line is available 24/7 if you need help at any point.

Upon entering the Arrivals Hall turn right and you will see the rental counter after 30 meters. Out of Hours pick-up: Key pick-up is handled through our provider partner Sharebox, and you will receive a link to retrieve the rental keys. Internet access (mobile data/Wi-Fi) is required; if the customer has no access or needs assistance, they must contact the relevant support channel. The Sharebox is mounted on the wall just outside our glass doors, to the left by the office. The customer must follow the instructions emailed before arrival and/or displayed on the Sharebox to collect the key. The Location ID will be provided during the process. Vehicles are parked outside the terminal on row “I”. A printed map with instructions is always placed with the key inside the Sharebox to guide the customer to the correct vehicle and route.
