2. Follow the signs for transfers and exit at door D, where you will find the shuttle transfer area. The Shuttle Transfer Area is outside the AIR NEW ZEALAND Check-in Area.
3. Please wait in the shuttle transfer area for the White Hao Rental Shuttle van (Plate number: HAOCAR) and signal the driver. You will be transferred to the office for vehicle collection.
Note: The reception working hour is 08:00 to 18:00. The last free shuttle pick up (from the airport to the branch) or drop off (from the branch to the airport) is 17:30. If you call to request a shuttle pick up or drop off between 17:30 to 07:59, the 50NZD off-hour services fees per time will be applied. And off-hour service fees are not refundable.
Off-hours pick-up instruction (Between 06:01 pm-07:59 am)

If you are collecting your vehicle after the business hours—between 06:01 pm and 07:59 am—you will need to contact the representative (info@haorentals.co.nz) at least two working days before the pick-up to complete the online check-in. Once you have collected your bags and cleared customs, please call us on (03) 974 4340 to order your shuttle. You can also call us on 826 from the freephone at the transfers area outside the check-in entrance.
To meet your shuttle, exit the terminal through Door D (departures) near the check-in counters. Our driver will meet you in the commercial shuttles transfer area.

Shuttle Pickup Instructions during working hours:
After collecting your luggage, please call 0064 800 801166 to inform the representative that you are ready for shuttle pickup. The shuttle bus typically arrives within 10–15 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.
Please bear in mind that traffic in Queenstown is particularly busy between 3:30 PM and 6:00 PM, so additional waiting time may be required during these hours.
Follow the airport signs for Transfers and exit through Door D. The Shuttle Transfer Area is located outside the Air New Zealand check-in area. You will find blue storage lockers along the wall, as well as a free shuttle service phone available should you require assistance.
Please wait in the Shuttle Transfer Area for the Best Car Rental shuttle van and signal the driver upon arrival. You will then be transferred to the office to complete your vehicle collection.

Follow the signs for the transfers and exit at Door D, where you will find the shuttle transfer area. The Shuttle Transfer Area is outside AIR NEW ZEALAND Check in AREA. Please wait in the shuttle van area for the AutoUnion Shuttle Van to pick you up. You will then be transferred to the office, approximately 7 minutes away.
