It never hurts to check your spam folder, just in case.

2Download the Voucher
Simply click the link or attachment to open up your PDF voucher.

3Check the Top Section
Keep an eye out for the section labelled "Pick-up Instructions" or "Location." 
This is where you'll find exactly how to get your keys! It will gently guide you on whether the car is "In Terminal," if you'll be hopping on a "Shuttle Bus," or if a friendly representative will "Meet & Greet" you.

4Follow the Steps
It's always helpful to read through the specific details, like which exit to use or where the shuttle stops. 
If you have a "Meet & Greet," just look for a staff member holding a sign with your name or the supplier's logo, which saves you from having to search for a physical office.
