How can I add, remove or extend Full Coverage after my booking got confirmed?
You can easily add, remove, or extend your Full Coverage through the “Manage Booking” section on our website. Just keep in mind that timing matters, as most changes must be made before your scheduled pick-up time.
Step-by-Step Guide:
If you haven’t picked up your car yet, log in to Manage Booking, find the Full Coverage section, and select the option to add it. After completing the payment, you’ll receive an updated voucher by email.
You can cancel your Full Coverage for a full refund up until your scheduled pick-up time.
Simply choose Cancel in the Manage Booking section, and the refund will be sent to your original payment method.
Once the rental period has started, Full Coverage generally becomes non-refundable.
If you were pressured to purchase additional insurance at the rental desk, please contact our support team within 24 hours of your pick-up time so we can review your situation and provide appropriate assistance.
If you extend your rental directly with the supplier, your Full Coverage will not extend automatically.
To remain protected for the extra days, log in to Manage Booking and extend your coverage for the new rental period.

Full Coverage is a separate agreement from the supplier’s rental contract. If you extend your rental with the supplier, you must also extend the coverage in "Manage Booking" to ensure the additional days remain protected.

Unless you contact us within the first 24 hours of your pick-up time, Full Coverage cannot be cancelled or refunded once the rental period has officially started.

Full Coverage is often more affordable than the excess waivers offered at the rental desk. Because it works as a separate reimbursement protection, the rental supplier cannot see this coverage in their system. As a result, they will still place the standard security deposit on your card at pick-up.
