Where can I find the supplier’s opening hours?
You can easily find the rental desk’s opening hours in two convenient places: on your confirmation voucher or on the car offer page before you even book.
Step-by-Step Guide:
If you’ve already booked, open your confirmation email or log in to the “My Booking” section.
The supplier’s business hours are listed on the first page, usually near the "Pick-up instructions" and contact details.
Tip:
If you booked far in advance or are travelling during a public holiday, it’s a good idea to call the supplier a few days before your trip to confirm their schedule, especially during holidays.
If you are still browsing for the perfect car, click on the "Rental Conditions" link located under the car photo. Look for the "Business Hours" section to see exactly when the desk opens and closes.
If you search for a pick-up time outside standard opening hours, any required out-of-hours fee is usually already included in the total price shown. However, if you change your booking later to a time when the desk is closed, an additional fee may be added and charged at the rental desk.

Arriving right at closing time can be risky. Opening hours show when staff are available, but they may not have enough time to complete the rental paperwork if you arrive too late.
