When booking your car, take a look at the "Optional Extras" section to see if the item you need is listed.
If you don't see the item, or if you've already booked your car, just reach out to our Customer Support team through the "My Booking" page. We’ll happily add a special request note to your reservation.
Since the rental location's inventory changes daily, you'll simply need to check if the equipment is available with the agent at the desk when you arrive.
If they have the equipment ready for you, you'll just pay the additional fee directly to the rental supplier in their local currency.
"I requested a roof rack, so it will definitely be on the car when I arrive."
Since these are "on request" items, suppliers will do their best to have them ready for you.
However, if previous renters return things late or the stock is low that day, they might not always have them on hand.
