Who can I contact with my concern?

Who you should contact mainly depends on when your rental takes place and what kind of help you need. 
A helpful rule of thumb: contact DiscoverCars.com for booking management and coverage matters, and reach out to the local rental supplier for anything related to the car itself or situations on the road.

Step-by-Step Guide:

1Before Your Rental Starts (Pre-Pick-up)

Contact: DiscoverCars.com

Why: For booking changes, cancellations, general questions, or help locating your voucher.

How: Use the HelpCentre or the My Booking page on our website. You can also reach our 24/7 support team by phone.

2During Your Rental (While You Have the Car)

Contact: The Rental Supplier

Why: For breakdowns, accidents, mechanical questions, extending your rental, or if you are running late for your pick-up.

How: Look at the first page of your Voucher or the physical Rental Agreement you signed at the desk for their direct local phone number. 
If you have an emergency and the supplier is unreachable after a few tries, contact DiscoverCars.com, and we will try to coordinate for you!

3After Your Rental (You dropped off the car)
  • Contact the Rental Supplier: For questions about the final invoice, security deposit release, or items left in the vehicle.

  • Contact DiscoverCars.com: To submit a Full Coverage reimbursement request or to file a formal complaint if you are not satisfied with how the rental process was handled by the supplier.

Expectation:

"I booked through DiscoverCars.com, so you will send me the full VAT invoice for my entire trip."

Reality:

DiscoverCars.com provides the invoice for the online prepayment (our service). The local rental supplier must issue the invoice for any remaining balance paid at their desk.

Expectation:

"The car broke down, so I need to call DiscoverCars.com to send a tow truck."

Reality:

We are the booking platform, not the fleet operator. Roadside support is arranged directly by the rental supplier, since they operate the vehicle fleet. Their Roadside Assistance number is listed on your rental agreement.

If your booking includes protection from one of our partners, they provide their own dedicated support portals.
