1 Search Your Inbox (and Spam!) 
A great first step is to search your email for "DiscoverCars.com". 
Your booking number will always start with the letter "D" followed by numbers (like D012345678). 
It never hurts to take a quick peek in your Junk or Spam folder, too, emails sometimes like to hide in there!

2 Use the App or Website 
If you created an account, simply logging in to the "My Booking" section is a wonderful way to view your active reservations and download your voucher instantly.

3 Contact Us (Manual Search) 
Still having trouble finding it? There might have just been a tiny typo in your email address during checkout (it truly happens to the best of us!). Our support team would love to help track it down for you. 
Just reach out to us with these quick details:

• Main Driver's Full Name
• Pick-up Date and Location
• The Email Address you think you used

If you happen to have a transaction ID or payment reference from your bank statement (or even just the last 4 digits of the card you used), including that when you contact us is incredibly helpful!
