Everything was so hassle free - I booked a 10 seater van almost 3 months ago. I arrived, signed the documentation and was sent on my merry way. The vehicle was clean and was well looked after. After 6 days, I handed back the keys, they had a quick inspection, thanked me and that was all done. Fantastic service. Fantastic rental. what more can I ask?

The rental process is straightforward. Reason not giving higher score was the car return at Dubrovnik. They have a Return signboard "turn left" into a garage (carpark). Circle for a few levels & came out without seeing any rental company signage. Luckily, I can exit the carpark at no charge. So have to park at a side & asked my wife to go to their return office at the opposite hotel. A guy came out to do the return process on the spot & said "you can park anywhere in the carpark".
