The car and services were great. The small inconveniences weren’t exactly small. We had a return that wasn’t with other car rental returns, it was WAY the heck out in remote parking. Same for picking up the car. With good weather, it wasn’t too bad, but all the extra walking if we had bad weather or were rushing would have been a big hassle.

One thing I don’t like about renting cars is you expect to pay a price and then when you show up, they hard sell you on extras and I feel forced to do it. I haven’t felt that way at all using discovery, so far it’s awesome.

Everything went very smoothly despite the heavy traffic and road construction with a cycling course round every corner but the T-Roc was perfect both in its smooth engineering and its responsive power. Handover was perfect although getting to the office was not without its difficulties. Staff were top notch and professional throughout.
