Lower score was due to our buying insurance up front but csr company said that as it was not direct with them we would have to pay then claim. If I had known that I would’ve done it there. Price difference negligible.
Return quick and easy. Minibus to airport flawless. We might have scraped a tiny corner but did not care. I think they were looking for major bodywork Would recommend

The service we received was incredible. Firstly they were tracking our flight so knew when we would arrive and called before our flight to let us know that they know the flight was delayed. Then proceeded to let us know the meet and greet location and sent a WhatsApp so we could stay in touch. We had originally booked a 7 seater (there were 6 of us) but they had upgraded us to a 9 seater which had ample space for our luggage. Pick up and drop off was a breeze. Highly recommend!
