Centauro service and followup were great. However the car I got had some core mechanical issues that were not apparent at the time I picked it up (Ford Puma hybrid). The car had an annoying (dangerous) tendency to switch or go into neutral when backing up on slope (essentially going upwards and backwards). I finally figured out that if I switch to drive and then reverse right away then it worked a bit better. This is a Ford problem.
