Very friendly & easy to deal with. Initially, we were given a car with a brake light issue, but as soon as I explained, they immediately replaced it without any hassle. Their customer service was excellent, they were very helpful throughout the process. We had arranged after-hours collection & drop-off, which they handled nicely by providing clear instruction where to collect & return the vehicle. Overall, their service is reliable, affordable, and I would highly recommend them.

Easy to book rental cars, but if you cancel a booking, then refunds are not automatically sent back the original payment method. You have to request it, which is not obvious.
The webiste sells its own additional insureance, which is not all incompasing, and as a result has a limit to the amount of cover provided. So any deposit required is still required. I would suggest not taking the addiotnal insurenace out with Discover Cars, and take t out at the time of pickup.

We were very satisfied with the car. When we took it it wasn't perfect clean otside and with some scratches, but inside was cleaned. We traveled a lot for 1 week and it was confortable. Now we are waiting the refund of the deposit and I hope everything will be ok and they won't disappoint us. I recommend Sicily by car!
