No Deposit means nothing is blocked on your card. It doesn't remove responsibility for damage. If the car is damaged during your rental, and you didn’t purchase our Full Coverage, the rental company may charge you directly or through DiscoverCars.com, according to the terms of your booking. We recommend taking photos or a video of the car at pick-up and at drop-off.
When you book a No Deposit rental and purchase Full Coverage, any covered charges will be settled directly with the supplier. This means that you won’t have to file a claim or provide additional documentation (except a police report, when required), in addition to not having any funds held on your card.
The rental company may offer additional insurance or extras at the desk. You don't have to purchase them, and turning them down doesn't affect your No Deposit booking.
