It was easy to book the car and the check in process was fairly easy as was the drop off process. It took a few minutes to figure out exactly where we needed to be but once we were there, very easy process. Crete is a beautiful place to visit. Cities of Rethymnon and Chania are a must. Take your wallet, the shops are amazing. Hire a pedalo on Lake Kournas and see the nesting turtles and sea snakes, (not too many to frighten anyone). The beaches at Georgeopolou and Kalyves are beautiful.
