What pick-up options do suppliers have available?
Arriving at your destination and picking up your rental car should be a breeze!
Suppliers offer six main pick-up methods, ranging from a quick walk to the airport desk to having the car brought directly to your door.
Step-by-Step Guide:
The rental desk is located inside the airport arrivals hall, and the car is parked in the airport parking area. This is usually the most convenient option.
The supplier’s office is located in a dedicated rental hub near the airport, often shared by several companies. It’s usually just outside the terminal.
The rental office is a short ride away. You’ll go to the designated shuttle stop, where the supplier’s bus will take you to their office. To help you plan your time, the ride usually takes about 10–15 minutes.
A representative will meet you personally at the airport or train station arrivals area, often holding a sign with your name or the supplier’s logo, and guide you to the car.
These locations are typically found in city centres or near train stations. You simply go to the address listed on your voucher to pick up the vehicle.
The car comes to you! The supplier will bring the vehicle directly to your chosen static address, such as your private address or hotel. Depending on the supplier, this service may be included in the rate or charged as an additional delivery fee.
💡Did you know?
If your pick-up involves a shuttle service, it’s a good idea to leave plenty of extra time to catch the last shuttle if you are arriving late in the evening, or the first one if you are leaving early in the morning.
