What can I do if I can not find the pick-up location I need?

Don't worry, your exact roadmap to the car is right in your pocket on your confirmation voucher.
Sometimes airports and city streets can be confusing, but here is exactly how to find your way.

Step-by-Step Guide:

1Open your Voucher

Check the first page of your confirmation email or log in to the “My Booking” section on the website or app.

2Look for the Supplier's Name

Your rental is provided by a specific rental company (e.g., Hertz, Alamo, or a local brand).
Look for their name and logo at the desk or shuttle bus—the sign will show the supplier’s brand, not DiscoverCars.com.

3Check your Pick-up Type
  • In-Terminal: Follow airport signs to the “Car Rental” or “Car Rental Centre” in the arrivals hall.
  • Shuttle Service: Go to the designated shuttle stop listed in your pick-up instructions.
The ride usually takes 5–10 minutes.
  • Meet & Greet: Check your voucher for a specific meeting point (e.g., "Gate 4" or "Next to the coffee shop"). Often, the representative will hold a sign with your name or the supplier’s logo.
Some suppliers may ask you to call them after landing so they can send a representative.
4Know Who To Call

Need directions or can’t find the desk? Call the supplier directly using the phone number on your voucher—they’re on site and can guide you right away.

At many major airports, rental companies operate from a centralised car rental hub. Following the airport signs to the Car Rental Centre is usually the fastest way to find your supplier’s counter.
