Customers arriving or returning afterhours must make their own way to collect their pre-arranged car. Ubers or taxis are readily available and it is approximately a 10 minute journey.
The $60 fee they are charged for afterhours pickups/returns is for processing only, they are responsible for their own transport.

Outside business hours pick-up and drop-off is available at this location and is facilitated by Alpha Car Hire Parking Partners. This is subject to pre-approval and is between the hours of 4:30am – 8:00am and 5:00pm – 10:30pm Monday to Friday and 4:30am – 8:00am and 3:00pm – 10:30pm Saturday & Sunday. For pick-up, the after-hours service is only applicable if the express check-in has been completed successfully by the customer. The branch will also collect payments and security bonds during this time.

After collecting your luggage, please phone our office toll free on 02 92079404 to organize the shuttle to collect you.
On the arrivals level, walk out of the main doors, turn right and follow the footpath towards the shuttle bus holding bay.
Wait at Bay 22 (stand opposite the Rydges Hotel at Bay 22) for the blue 'Park on King' Shuttle Van. Please allow approximately 10 minutes for the bus to arrive at Sydney Airport to collect you.
Domestic Terminal
After collecting your luggage, please phone GoldCar office on 0061 0 292 079 404 to organize the shuttle to collect you.
For domestic terminal pick-ups, the shuttle will collect you from Bays 5 located in the back row of the T2 Shuttle area. While there are no longer specific markings on the ground, you will see signage directing you to the shuttle point
